Use this supply arrangement

Step 1: Check if your organization is authorized. Organizations that may use this supply arrangement are:

• B.C. government ministries
• B.C. broader public sector organizations on the CSA Users list

Step 2 (optional): Refer to the guidebook on converting to and purchasing LED street light luminaires (PDF, 249KB).

• You may view functioning samples of each approved product line, by appointment, at DMD & Associates in Surrey, B.C. Email Don Mclean or phone 604 589-9010 ext 201 to request an appointment
• Download a financial & energy savings calculator (XLS, 222KB) to estimate potential energy savings from LED conversions

Step 3: Review pricing, product brochures/spec sheets, and ordering contact information. When you contact the supplier, indicate which organization you work for and reference the supplier's CSA number.

Step 4: Complete your purchase. Work with the supplier directly to complete the purchase documentation required by your organization. Ministries may use the purchase document template (PDF, 888KB).

• Note: You do not need to run an additional procurement to make a purchase through this CSA if your organization is on the CSA Users list
