Who can buy from this arrangement?

This supply arrangement is available to:

  • BC government ministries
  • Broader public sector organizations on the CSA Users list  or with a standing Customer Number
  • BC government employees (giftware only)
  • General public (BC flags and pins only)
 

Information about this arrangement

The Protocol and Recognition unit offers a variety of customized branded products for internal and external events and conferences.

Sample listing of products available include:

  • Apparel

  • Cards and ribbons
  • Corporate awards - Long service plaques, Pins, Plaques, Trophies
  • Drinkware – Mugs, Water bottles
  • Keychains
  • Edible gifts
  • Flags and pins
  • Lanyards
  • Padfolios
  • Pens
  • Tote bags

In addition, custom Engraving services are available for Corporate awards, Plates and select giftware.

All branded (standard BC Mark or custom branding) product orders exceeding $5,000 (including freight and taxes) must be processed through Protocol and Recognition.

Note about logos: The BC Mark is the current provincial mark and must be used within the guidelines set by Government Communications and Public Engagement. The BC Coat of Arms is reserved for the use only by the three branches of Parliamentary Democracy: Executive, Legislative and Judicial. This includes the Lieutenant Governor, a member of the Executive Council, a member of the Legislative Assembly or judges of the Supreme Court, a County Court, or the Provincial Court.
