BC Mail Plus delivers end-to-end mail solutions, from custom mail-merged documents to printing, insertion, delivery, and return handling. Services also include secure scanning, payment processing (cheque/ EFT etc.), ID card production, mail digitization, and courier coordination etc.

Mail production services
BC Mail Plus handles all steps of mail preparation, including fast black-and-white or colour printing, putting papers into envelopes, stapling, folding, and packaging.
Mail pick-up and distribution
BC Mail Plus picks up, delivers, and processes mail every day between approved offices in the government and public sector. Our drivers use our own vehicles to bring documents straight to your office.
Courier services
BC Mail Plus offers trackable courier services through Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and Maximum Express. You get lower rates and do not need a separate contract. It is a simple way to send urgent or registered items safely.
Digitization Solutions
Our MPDP service delivers end-to-end mail digitization, securely converting high-volume physical mail into searchable digital records with integrated data capture, payment processing, and records management.
Document scanning and data capture
BC Mail Plus offers secure scanning for many types of items, such as incoming mail, cheques, maps, blueprints, engineering drawings, microfiche, and NeuraLogs. Scanning helps with digital storage, easy access, and saving space.
ID card production
BC Mail Plus makes secure plastic ID cards, including staff badges, contractor cards, and program IDs. We handle photos, design, printing, encoding, lamination, and delivery.
Please note we do not produce business cards.
Household relocation
BC Mail Plus provides household relocation services for employees working for the government and broader public sector, coordinating secure packing, transportation, and delivery of personal belongings.
