Note: At this time, we are not onboarding new BPS or GPS entities as we refresh the Province of BC fleet.
What can I buy?
- The MPS is a full-service print offering that encompasses printing, copying, scanning and faxing functionality across government. The arrangement includes a device lease combined with a cost-per-print structure, covering equipment, toner, and support services managed by the vendor
- Stand-alone print devices/equipment is not available as this is a full service offering. Hardware cannot be purchased separately
- As each entity has unique business needs and environments; specific requirements will need to be identified at the time of engagement with the service provider
What do I need to know?
- The MPS fleet will be designed based on each entity’s requirements and may contain a mix of single function and multi-function devices
- The MPS equipment, toner and associated support services are typically provided on a five-year term by the vendor. The arrangement includes a device lease combined with a cost-per-print structure
- B.C. government ministries are required to utilize MPS under the Province’s Master Print Service Agreement (MPSA)
