Armoured vehicle services to securely transport cash, coins, cheques or other valuables within specific regions of B.C.

Use this supply arrangement

Step 1:  Check if your organization is authorized.  Organizations that may use this CSA (corporate supply arrangement) are:

• B.C. government ministries
• B.C. broader public sector organizations on the CSA User's List

Step 2:  Review the  Community List( XLSX, 20KB) to confirm if the city or town where you require the services is covered under this CSA.  If it is, then look up the corresponding Geographic Area for that community in the table, as well as the name of the particular CSA Holder (supplier) that services that Geographic Area.  (If the city or town is not covered in the Community List, the services are anticipated to be available for all other regions of the Province in the very near future (estimate of November 1) and this web page will be updated accordingly. If you require the services before then you will need to procure the services as you normally would for any other service being sought by your organization that is not offered through a CSA.)

Step 3:  Review the specific service options and collection frequencies that are available for the Community within the Geographic Areas, Communities & Service Frequencies table found within the corresponding supplier's listing below.

Step 4:  Review Pricing then complete the Service Request Form and email to the supplier’s email address on the form.  Once both parties have completed and signed the Service Request Form then an Order is established, which is the form of contract between both parties.

Information about this supply arrangement

• A copy of the complete Order Terms & Conditions is available for each supplier within their listing below.
• This supply arrangement expires on September 30, 2029 with three one-year options to extend
• Only services outlined on the price lists are available; other services need to be obtained in accordance with CPPM 6 - Procurement Policy
