The Fraser timber supply area (TSA) is in the southwest corner of British Columbia’s mainland. It covers about 1.4 million hectares and includes Metro Vancouver, Chilliwack, Hope, Boston Bar and Yale. The TSA is administered from the Chilliwack Natural Resource District office in Chilliwack.
Effective February 18, 2016 the allowable annual cut (AAC) for the Fraser TSA was 1,235,700 cubic metres.
Effective August 6, 2019, the AAC for the Fraser TSA is 1,220,808 cubic metres, as a result of an AAC adjustment following the establishment of the First Nations Woodland Licence (FNWL) N2Z.
The Fraser TSA comprises about 1.4 million hectares and includes Metro Vancouver, Chilliwack, Hope, Boston Bar and Yale.
