Use of 2-way radio systems is required: Craigellachie Anstey – Gorge (0839.01) Forest Service Road
Use of 2-way radio systems is required from October 31 to May 1 annually to coordinate the movement of all traffic. This road restriction is established to improve the safety of industrial and recreational traffic during periods of high use. Road users are reminded of their obligations under Section 5 of the Forest Service Road Use Regulation; and the use of a 2-way radio.
Sugar Lake FSR 0905.01(Oct 6 - 30, 2025, Working Hours: 8am-4pm, Monday-Thursday)

Construction crews and equipment will be active on the Sugar Lake Forest Service Road between 42 - 48 Km. During this time road users may encounter heavy construction equipment, road users should anticipate delays and be prepared to share the road with other users. Work is expected to be completed by November 3, 2025

During the closure, the road will be fully closed between 7:00am and 7:00pm, during which time no vehicle access will be permitted through the work site.The road will be fully open outside of these work hours.

The Bear-Stuart FSR is closed. The Bridge located at 44-Km (Bridge K1765) is unsafe for use, there is no timeline on a reopening.

Road is washed-out at 45 km, this includes bridge K1066. Crews are currently assessing the road washout. There is no vehicle access beyond this point. Message is intended for wide distribution. There is no timeline on a reopening for this road.
