Frozen products offered include: cold smoked wild B.C. sockeye salmon lox; wild B.C. salmon indian candy; wild B.C. salmon nuggets; fresh frozen salmon fillets and whole fish, in varieties such as sockeye, coho, chum and pink; Ikura chum salmon roe; as well as sockeye salmon burgers and halibut burgers.
The company also offers a range of non-frozen, shelf-stable seafood products, including: smoked wild B.C. sockeye salmon; maple smoked wild B.C. salmon; salmon pate; wild B.C. salmon jerky; and canned salmon. Product safety is ensured by being processed in a state-of-the-art facility that is Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Union (EU) certified for processing, which is also Kosher and Marine Stewardship Council certified.
