The company’s key export offering is their line of wild-caught, sustainable-harvested and hand-packed canned seafood products. The company’s seafood is single-cooked and packed in natural fish oils, which results in a rich, dense flavour and loads of extra nutrition. Their wide range of canned products are made from B.C. seafood, including wild solid white albacore tuna, wild sockeye salmon and wild pink salmon, which are available in additional variations such as no salt, skinless and smoked.

The company also offers several smoked, further processed, and value-added items in a variety of packaging formats. Operating on Vancouver Island for over 60 years, St. Jean’s is well-placed to process and export wild capture products from the North American west coast as well as local aquaculture products.
