Creating a service request

From the AskMyHR (IDIR restricted) service window:

  1. Click on 'Submit a Service Request'
  2. Fill in the 'Subject' box
  3. From the drop-down menu, select the option of who the request is about.

Myself: if the request is for you as an employee (e.g., my pay, benefits, time and leave)

My team or organization: when the request is about someone else or changes to your team (e.g., performance development platform, an employee's pay, re-organization)

A hiring manager: use this if the request is about hiring a new employee (e.g., job classification for a new employee, create a new position, job profile writing)

  1.  Choose a category for the service you need. Select the top-level category that aligns with your request. It will be routed to the team best suited to manage your request. If you can't find the category or topic you're looking for, please include it in the subject field.
  2. Complete the 'Request or Question Details' box. Include employee name, position number and relevant dates as necessary.
  3. Attach documents, if needed.
  4. Click the 'Submit' button.
