Location: The Site is located on Highway 16 in Thornhill, east of Terrace (LKI Segment 1511, km 3.41 to km 5.30).
Description: The general nature of the work to be carried out includes: Mobilization, Quality Management, Environmental Management, Traffic Management, Signing, Remove a section of the WB lane on Highway 16 and replace with a reinforced concrete slab, and provide barrier and barrier flare adjacent to the WB shoulder. Install Fiber along the WB shoulder from the WIM pad to the newly constructed CVIS approximately 1 km west.
