Location: Median of Highway 1 from approximately 1.2 km east of Mt Lehman Rd to just west of Peardonville Road in Abbotsford Eastbound LKI Segment 0520 km 10.65 to km 11.68 and Westbound LKI Segment 0521 km 7.91 to km 6.87).

Description: Works consists of clearing, stripping, excavation, and placement of approximately 600,700 cubic metres of preload materials. This includes but not limited to: Mobilization, Quality and Traffic Management, Protection of the Environment, Clearing and Grubbing, Type D Excavation, Installation of Geotechnical Instrumentation, Revegetation seeding and supply and install culverts, riprap, interlocking concrete blocks, and roadside barriers.
