Location: The project is located on the Horseshoe Bay Underpass crossing Highway No. 1 in West Vancouver, BC. The underpass is located in Service Area 4 - West Vancouver, in the Lower Mainland District.

Description: Seismic retrofit of the steel frame underpass crossing Hwy 1 at Marine Drive in West Vancouver. The scope includes localized concrete and bridge deck removal, installation of fibre reinforced deck concrete and deadman anchors, construction of new pier leg restraints and concrete shear keys, and post tensioning work.
