Asset Settings Pane
The Asset Setting Pane consists of five tabs: Settings, Usage, Metadata and Tags, and History.

- Title: By default, this field will by auto-populated with the file asset name but should be modified to a more human-readable format for search functionality. Example: webstandards_guidelines.pdf can be changed to Web Standard Guidelines
- File Name: The file name and file type (mime) extension. The file name can be modified after being uploaded
- File Size: Indicated in KB. When linking to a PDF file from a web page, always include the file size if over 1MB. Example: (PDF, 2.5MB)
- Prod URL: This field with be populated with the full content path including the HRU
Prod GUID URL: This field with be populated with the full content path including the GUID - Asset ID: This unique identifier (GUID) is automatically generated when the asset is uploaded
- Status: indicates if the status of the page
- New—asset has never been published to the Production web server. All uploaded assets are automatically saved to the QA web server and will remain there until deleted
- Published Modified—asset has been published to the Production web server, and changes to the assets have been saved that have not been republished to Prod
- An asset will be in a modified state if the asset has been replaced (re-uploaded) since it was published or by modifying any attributes in the Asset Settings Pane
- Published Unmodified—asset has been published to the Production web server and no changes have been made since it was published
- Unpublished Modified—asset has been unpublished from the Production web server and changes have been made since it was unpublished, but not republished to Prod
- Unpublished Unmodified—asset has been unpublished from the Production web server and no changes have been made since it was unpublishe
- Published Date: last date and time the asset was published to the Production web server
- Published By: IDIR account of the last person to publish the asset to the Production web server. This may also be the same person that uploaded the file
- Modified Date: most current date that the asset has been modified by the [Save] action
- Modified By: IDIR account of the last person to modify the asset. This may also be the last person to publish the asset
