10. My Dashboard: Marks and Scholarships

10.1 View your Transcript

From My Dashboard select:

• ‘View Your Transcript’.
• The system displays a preview of your unofficial Transcript of Grades (UTG). When the order is placed, the official Transcript of Grades will be sent.
• If you have questions about your course information, contact your school or district office: School Information.
• Download in PDF Format or,
• Back to My Dashboard.

Note: If the link is not available, this means there are no courses to report or courses are currently being updated (please check back after midnight PST).

10.2 View your Provincial Examination/Assessment Results

From My Dashboard select:

• ‘View Your Provincial Examination/Assessment Results’.
• If available, the system displays a preview of your Provincial Examination/Assessment Results.
• If you have questions about your course information, contact your school or district office, or
• Download in PDF Format, or
• Back to My Dashboard.

Note: If results are not available, this means there are no results available OR results available approximately five weeks after exam/assessment session OR if previous results are not showing, the system may be updating (please check back after midnight PST).

10.3 View your Provincial Scholarships

From My Dashboard select:

• ‘View Your Scholarships’
• The system displays a list of the provincial scholarships you have been awarded under the provincial scholarship program including the:
  • Scholarship name
  • Amount
  • Expiry
  • Status (redeemed or not)
• Learn more about the Provincial Scholarships Program or
• Back to My Dashboard
