What is the purpose of this Schedule?

The purpose of Schedule A is to contain a listing of all defined terms in the TSMA.  If the proposed service will introduce any new defined terms, Schedule A will need to be updated to include the definition of these new terms.  If you wish to review the current definitions, please review the schedule.  The link is in the box to the right.

Who develops this schedule? Additions to this Schedule are provided by the vendor, TELUS, and then reviewed/negotiated with the Province.

When should the schedule be created?

Additions to the schedule A are always inserted after any new terms or definitions to the contract are identified.

When is this particular schedule used? Whenever a new term needs to be defined.

What is required for this schedule?

If a new term is used, it must be defined and included in Schedule A.

Tips:

You may wish to review the current definitions so terminology remains consistent throughout the contract.
