Location: The site is located on the Quesnel–Hixon Road approximately 22 km north of the City of Quesnel, British Columbia, and includes the Cottonwood River Canyon Bridge and the Ahbau Creek Bridge.
Description: The project scope includes construction of road turnarounds and a rest site, permanent closure of a section of Quesnel–Hixon Road, decommissioning of the Cottonwood River Canyon Bridge, and rehabilitationf the Ahbau Creek Bridge, along with associated grading, environmental protection, and site restoration works.
