Scope of work includes: Mobilization, Quality Management, Signing, Traffic Management and Control, Survey Layout, Aggregate Production, Asphalt Mix Design, Cold Milling, Supply and Apply Emulsified Pentetrating Primer, Level Course and Top Lift Asphalt Pavement, Pavement Drainage, Shouldering, Temporary Pavement Marking, Joint Sealing, Site Cleanup.
