Location: The Project Site is located at Coulee Creek, along Highway No. 97, 35km west of Dawson Creek, BC. LKI Segment 1172 from 64.190 to 64.230.

Description: The Project involves the replacement of the existing culvert with two CSP pipes (sized 2000 mm and 2400 mm). The scope consists of culvert replacement and channel construction, grading works, asphalt paving, sign installation, site restoration, and Traffic Management, Environmental Management, and Quality Management.
