B.C.'s response to COVID-19

There are 3 steps to get vaccinated:

Everyone born in 2003 or earlier (18+) is eligible.
Spread the word and help your friends and family get vaccinated.
Travel restrictions are in place to stop the spread of COVID-19 and variants of concern.
Fines can be given to people who leave their region for non-essential travel. Stay local and stay in your community.
International travellers returning to B.C. are required by law to self-quarantine for 14 days.
B.C.’s COVID-19 Immunization Plan is designed to save lives and stop the spread of COVID-19. Read the plan.
By order of the PHO, everyone must significantly reduce social interactions. Read the restrictions.
COVID-19 paid sick leave
Workers can take 3 days of paid sick leave if they need to stay home because of COVID-19.
Good Citizenship Medal
This year, the Medal of Good Citizenship celebrates people who went above and beyond during COVID-19. Submit a nomination.
Virtual services are available for people experiencing mental health challenges. Access supports and programs.
Get financial help
A one-time payment of up to $1,000 for eligible families and single parents and up to $500 for eligible individuals. Apply for the benefit.
