Description: Hot-In-Place Recycling (HIPR) and asphalt overlay of Highway 97 from Cache Creek through Clinton to Exeter Station Road to extend pavement life and improve ride quality. Work includes traffic control, pavement marking reinstatement, and related roadway improvements.
