Location: H19 - Duke Point Ferry Terminal to H1 & Side roads in the Extension, East Wellington and Cassidy Area.

Description: Hwy 19 - Resurfacing by Mill and Fill within pre-disturbed road base. Resurfacing involves 60mm milling with an additional 80mm for payment repairs. Side Roads - pulverization to break apart existing asphalt, with aggregate added on top of existing road grade, followed by a 125 mm of new asphalt overlay. Paving a maximum consistent width given the current available road prism up to 1.5 m shoulders where possible.
