Standards/Guidelines

Training needs are assessed early in the project and a training plan is prepared during the Initiation and Planning phase. Training to users, administrators, and support teams on the product may occur at different times throughout the project. During implementation and deployment, users will require training, documentation and support to use the system effectively. Training is often a sign-off requirement at handover and may be in scope for post implementation review.

Project managers, business portfolio managers, and the business areas are all responsible for aspects of training.

Deploy refers to the processes required to deliver code and install/configure the software into an operational environment.

Projects need to ensure they engage with the applicable CSNR IMB technical teams
