The Northwest Fire Centre spans from the Yukon border in the north to Tweedsmuir Provincial Park in the south, and from the west coast to just west of Endako. The regional office is based in Smithers, B.C.
Municipalities are responsible for regulating open fire within their boundaries. Please check with your local government before lighting any fire.

There are currently no Forest Use restrictions or area restrictions in effect in the Northwest Fire Centre.
