Saving, opening and using the forms

Please refer to these instructions for saving and opening the forms. If you are not familiar with how our forms work, you may want to read our user guide. If you continue to have difficulty using the forms after reading the guide, please contact: AGCSBSmartforms@gov.bc.ca.

Adobe Reader required

You will require the latest version of Adobe Reader in order to use the forms. If you need to update your Reader software, please ensure you remove the old version of Reader before installing the new one. You may also want to be sure that your computer is not starting Adobe Acrobat instead of Reader when opening the forms.

Virtual Associate Judges Chambers (Practice Direction 68)

This is a pilot process, made following the Supreme Court’s Practice Direction 68. For the duration of this pilot, select notices of applications under 30 minutes may be heard virtually via MS Teams.  The related forms are used to apply (Modified Notice of Application), request to adjourn or reset a hearing (Requisition), and record the decision made (Order Made After Application).
