The Ministry of Health’s Health System Policy & Oversight Division (HSPO) oversees the BC PharmaCare program. HSPO is also responsible for overseeing the provisioning, management and optimal use of pharmaceuticals, and the pharmaceutical-related systems and services that improve patient outcomes in the B.C. health system.
