Health Gateway helps you find more health records by providing links to trusted regional patient websites where you may find more health records or health services.

AccessMyHealth

AccessMyHealth has health records from care received at:

Vancouver Coastal Health
Providence Health Care
Provincial Health Services Authority

This may include health records from care received at BC Cancer, BC Children's Hospital and BC Women's Hospital. Records may include upcoming appointments, lab results, imaging reports, clinical notes and more.

MyHealth

MyHealth has health records from care received at Island Health facilities across Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands. Records may include upcoming appointments, diagnostic results, clinical notes and more.

MyHealthPortal

MyHealthPortal has health records from care received at Interior Health facilities. Records may include appointment details, visit history, lab results, diagnostic imaging reports and provider reports.

HealthElife

HealthElife has health records from care received at Northern Health hospitals or urgent care centres. Records may include upcoming appointments, lab results, imaging reports and visit summaries.

myhealthkey

myhealthkey has health records from care received at a Northern Health primary care clinic, such as a family doctor or nurse practitioner. Records may include appointments, visit notes and reports shared with your provider.

Fraser Health

Fraser Health Authority does not offer online viewing of health records.

You can request Fraser Health records by sending a form to the site where you received care. You can do this online, by fax or in-person
