This feature allows you to download and save health records in either PDF, CSV or XLSX (Excel) formats.

Immunization records and schedule can be viewed and downloaded from the Download menu.

You can choose what type of health record you want to download. You can only download one type of health record at a time. The advanced feature lets you choose a date range. For medications, you can select what types of medications you want to exclude.

The download record function is not available in the Health Gateway mobile app.
