Updating your contact information
- You must use a web browser on a computer or mobile device
- You cannot make these changes in the Health Gateway mobile app
Finding your profile
- Log in to Health Gateway
- Click your profile icon (your initials in a grey circle at the top right of the screen)
- Select “Edit” beside your Email Address or Cell Number
- Enter your updated information
After you update your information:
Email address
- Health Gateway sends an email asking you to confirm your new address
- Once your email address shows as “Verified,” you can receive email notifications
Cell phone number
- Health Gateway sends a text message asking you to confirm your new number
- Once your cell number shows as “Verified,” you can receive text notifications
Updating your notification preferences
You can turn notifications on or off in your Health Gateway profile.
- You must use a web browser on a computer or mobile device
- You cannot change notification preferences in the Health Gateway mobile app
Changing your notification preferences
- Log in to Health Gateway.
- Click your profile icon (your initials in a grey circle at the top right of the screen).
- Find the Notifications section in your profile.
- Use the toggle button to turn notifications on or off.
