We frequently offer Introductory training webinars and Office Hours where we answer your analytics questions.

Introduction to Analytics Webinars

Analytics webinars are 45 minutes long and offered at least once a month. The training portion lasts about 30 minutes with the remaining 15 minutes for questions.

The webinar covers:

• How to log in for both CMS Lite users and for sites on standalone domains
• Dashboard layout & what’s included in the reports
• Key icons to help you navigate the dashboard
• How to use filters to get the data you need
• Downloading data for offline analysis

Register for webinars at the Learning Centre

For analytics webinars only, you can find information and register at the Learning Centre:

• Registration usually closes the day before the webinar starts
• Registration is not needed for Office Hours

Office Hours

Office Hours run for 60 minutes and are offered at least 3 times a month. Users can drop by any time during the meeting hour.

Office Hours are designed for you to meet with members of the GDX Analytics team to:

• Answer your specific business questions on a first-come, first-served basis
• Become familiar with ways users are using their dashboards
• Learn more about concepts that are generally not covered during the training webinars

You can join an Office Hour at any time during the hour through a Microsoft Teams link posted on our Viva Engage Analytics Community
