The provincial government may issue proclamations from time to time to give official recognition to occasions or events of provincial importance.

This website contains information on the BC Proclamations Program, including how to prepare and submit your request for a provincial proclamation in British Columbia. Please read the Proclamation Submission Guidelines carefully before submitting your request.

The BC Proclamations Program is administered by the Order in Council (OIC) Administration Office in the Ministry of Attorney General.

Proclamations can be viewed on the BC Laws website.
