Change Passenger Directed Vehicle Rates or Rules

Rates are what you may charge passengers for a trip. You may only charge approved passenger-directed vehicle rates.

Rules govern how you apply rates. You may only apply approved rules.

You must file an application if you want to charge rates or set rules that are different from those that have been approved.

Fees

The application fee is $200 and is non-refundable once an application has been accepted.
