Hours Exceptions: The Provincial Permit Centre will close early at 11:00 AM PST on December 24 and December 31.
During daylight savings time, the Provincial Permit Centre is open from 5am to 9pm (PST).
The Provincial Permit Centre is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.
