HandyDart is not included in this program.

Only you can use your pass. Do not:

  • Lend out your pass
  • Give away your pass
  • Sell your pass

If your pass was lost or stolen, it can be replaced. Submit an online request for service or contact us. Fees may apply.

Using your pass

You might need a BC Transit annual validation sticker on your pass, depending on where you:

  • Live
  • Plan to travel

They’re available at no cost. Contact us:

  • To request a sticker
  • If you’ve lost your sticker
  • If you didn’t receive one

BC Transit

Show your valid pass to the driver. You’ll need a valid sticker on your card to ride on BC Transit. New stickers get sent to eligible users each December. We’ll also send you a new sticker every time your card gets replaced.

Translink

Tap in and out like a regular Compass Card. Make sure to only tap your card, not your wallet. Card readers and gates accept credit card and mobile wallet payments. This could charge your credit card by accident.

If you plan to use your pass outside of the TransLink system, you’ll need a current sticker. It attaches to your card. Your card is valid for use on the TransLink system without the sticker.

Representing others
