Your probation or parole officer will support you as you move back into the community and re-adjust to life outside the correctional centre. They can connect you with programs and services that will help you make positive changes at home and in the community.
There are programs that can help you learn to deal with relationships and emotions of daily life and obtain the skills and education needed for employment. For example, services and programs that will assist you with finding suitable housing, employment, training, medical care, food, transportation, counselling and income assistance.
