Content states

The 'status' filter will filter content based on the specific state:

All Published

Displays all published content in both a Modified and Unmodified state

Published Modified

Content has been published to the Production web server. Changes to the content have been saved, but not published.

Published Unmodified

Content has been published to the Production web server. No changes have been made since the last published date

All Unpublished

Displays all unpublished content. This includes all content in Modified and Unmodified states that have been published, and then subsequently unpublished (removed), from the Production web server.

Unpublished Modified

Content has been unpublished from the Production web server. Changes have been made since it was unpublished.

Unpublished Unmodified

Content has been unpublished from the Production web server. No changes have been made since it was unpublished

New

Content has never been published to the Production web server.

  • All 'saved' content is automatically saved to the QA web server and will remain there until deleted

Unpublished content remains on the Quality Assurance (QA) web server and within the CMS Lite. It may be re-published to the Production web server
