B.C. dairy products including milk, butter, cheese, sour cream, and yogurt are known for their delicious tastes and strict adherence to high-standards of food quality control. Our clean environment, good water quality, favourable climate, and relatively young age of the animals used for meat production combine for high-quality pork and beef that is a trademark of western Canada.
