Water Quality Guidelines
Ambient water quality guidelines are developed to assess and manage the health, safety and sustainability of B.C.’s aquatic resources. Water quality guidelines may be developed for the protection of aquatic life, wildlife, agriculture, drinking water sources and recreation.
