Proprietorships/General Partnerships
It is easy to register your proprietorship or general partnership with the Province of British Columbia. Registration can be completed online at BC Registries and Online Services.
You will be required to create a BC Registries and Online Services account (unless you already have one) to access Registry Services. Corporations
To incorporate your business, you must file an Incorporation Application with BC Registry Services.

Note: An account is not required to access your incorporated business at this time.

Incorporation - Incorporation is the legal process of forming a corporation, which is a type of business entity that is separate from its owners (shareholders).
Partnership - A partnership company is operated by two or more parties.
Sole proprietorship - A sole proprietorship is a business with only one owner.
