Construction is underway on the Peardonville Crossing Project.
Project highlights
- Replacing the existing Peardonville Road underpass
- Adding bike lanes and sidewalks on the structure
- Adjacent road improvements to both north and south ends of the structure
- Widening approximately 1.6 km of Highway 1
- Adding HOV/EV and bus-on-shoulder lanes
Status
The Peardonville Crossing Project is in construction.
Anticipated completion 2031.
Cost
The contract value for the Peardonville Crossing Project is $119.4 million.
The contract was awarded to Emil Anderson Group.
This project is funded in partnership with the City of Abbotsford.
