Grants from Civil Forfeiture Proceeds
November 11, 2020 - UPDATE: It has come to our attention that there is an error in the program guidelines. The deadline for submitting proposals is Wednesday, November 25, 2020 and not Monday as noted in the guidelines on page 15.
October 14, 2020 – Applications are now being accepted for one-time funding from the Civil Forfeiture Crime Prevention and Remediation Grant program (see information bulletin – October 14, 2020)
The Civil Forfeiture Crime Prevention and Remediation Grant Program provides one-time funding annually to BC organizations for the provision of crime prevention and remediation projects. This year’s call for grant applications is open from October 14 to November 25, 2020.
For full details about the application process, please see the Application Guide. Once you have reviewed the guide, and decided what stream you will apply for, you can then access the grant application forms using the links listed below:
- Crime Prevention
- Indigenous Healing
- Restorative Justice
- Gender-based Violence, Violence against Women, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault
- Domestic Violence Prevention / Intervention Programming
- Human Trafficking; Sexual Exploitation; and Sex Worker Safety
- Child and Youth Advocacy Centres
All applications must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. Late applications will not be accepted.
