Payment Protection for Forestry Contractors
Last updated on January 20, 2021Forestry contractors and subcontractors have two ways to ensure payment for services provided by:
- Receiving compensation if they suffer losses when a licensee they have provided services to becomes insolvent
- Registering a lien on forest products or a charge on accounts
