Strata property managers
Last updated on August 31, 2021The strata corporation (or section) may contract with a strata property management company for strata management services to assist the strata council in operating the strata corporation. Strata property management companies offer a range of services and must employ licensed strata property managers.

In 2006, B.C. became the first province to license strata property managers. There are about 1,200 licensed strata property managers and 275 brokerages providing strata property management services in B.C.

BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA)
