When you call the Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB), you can request support in more than 200 languages, including:

Email responses can take up to 5 days. For immediate assistance call the RTB.

Applications and evidence cannot be submitted by email, they need to be submitted online, at the RTB or a Service BC office.

You need a BCeID

You need a basic BCeID account to access the Online Application for Dispute Resolution. Getting a basic BCeID account is a simple process and provides secure access to online government services.

You only need to provide your first and last name and an email address. You'll be able to choose a user ID and a password.
