Direct deposit is a safe and dependable way to receive payments. Using this method, your payments will be deposited directly into your bank account and help you to avoid delays and lost or stolen cheques.
Expecting a payment from the ministry by mail? Deliveries will be affected by the Canada Post service disruption as well as BCGEU job action. We are working hard to minimize the delays where possible. More information will be shared as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you are encouraged to set up direct deposit for future payments. Complete the Direct Deposit Application (PDF, 407KB) and bring ID to a ministry office or Service BC location.
