Going Live 

After testing has been finalized, and before you go live, it's important to do final readiness checks to make sure everything is complete.

The IDIM team will work with you to plan and schedule pre-launch and launch activities: 

• Preparing for production verification testing
• Implementing your configuration in production
• Deploying your service
• Informing your clients about accessing the service

When production verification is complete, the IDIM team will help you make final checks to ensure that the integration is correct and that your service launch will be successful.

After successfully integrating an identity and authentication service, it’s important to take note of some ongoing housekeeping items:

• Support for your clients
• Incident management
• Change management
• Fraud management
