Routine service request and inquiries follow the standard OCIO (Office of the Chief Information Officer) corporate change management process.

You can request IDIM resources and professional support to make additional enhancements to your service by contacting the IDIM team

System Outages and Updates

BC Services Card service is available for use on a 24 x 7 basis except during:

Change windows: There is a three-hour change window on Saturdays and Sundays from 6 - 9 am when service may be interrupted.

Scheduled software release: Software releases with new features and fixes are delivered approximately once a quarter. Software releases will be implemented in the test environment first to allow you to test the release prior to going to production.

Emergency changes: Emergency changes are managed using standard processes for incident and change management.

Organizations using BC Services Card Authentication service will be notified in advance of planned changes.
