We appreciate that each clients' project plans will be unique. The Provincial Identity Information Management (IDIM) Program will discuss scheduling specific to your project needs during our information sessions. To get you started, here are the phases of the onboarding process:
Phase 1: Concept & Initiation

- Things to consider: timeline, cost, roles and responsibilities
Phase 2: Engagement & Assessment
- Complete a self-assessment
- Identify high level requirements
- Meet the IDIM team
- Attend information sessions
Phase 3: Design, Develop & Test
- Design a solution with IDIM
- Things to consider: standards, policies, identity data, interfaces
- Build a test strategy
Phase 4: Launch & Operational Support
- Move to production
- Support for your clients
