Report changes
If your business information changes, you must update it on your licence record. This includes changes to contact information, controlling members or management. You must also report new charges, convictions, mental health conditions or peace officer status for controlling members and managers.
Lost or stolen licence
You can't work without your licence. Replace it right away if it gets lost or stolen.
