Support with BC Registries filings

Many BC Registry services are available online. Visit bcregistry.gov.bc.ca to find out which BC Registry services you can use electronically.

If you are not able to complete a service on your own, you have other options:

Visit a Service BC location

If you would like in-person support with BC Registries services, forms or documents, visit a participating Service BC location. Our Service BC support staff are there to answer any related questions and staff can submit your BC Registries forms and documents on your behalf.

To submit your forms and documents through a Service BC location, you will need the following:

  • Government-issued ID for identity verification
  • A completed filing form 
  • Filing fee

Note: ​Service BC does not provide legal or financial advice. Service BC locations in Vancouver, Surrey and Burnaby do not currently offer these services.
